双城记的读后感

昨天上午，我的脑袋里突然出现了一位英国著名作家查尔斯.狄更斯 (Charles Dickens)写了一部以法国大革命为背景的长篇历史小说，这是世界文学经典名著之一。我记得我上初中的时候得知这个书名，但是没有机会阅读。我的身上带了来劲的感觉，就去校园图书馆借书。我的天，这里有很多很多狄更斯写的书籍，值我好奇去读它。

这是最好的时期，这是最坏的时期，

It was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness,

这是智慧的岁月，这是愚昧的岁月，

It was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, 这是信仰的时代，这是怀疑的时代，

It was the season of light, it was the season of darkness,

这是光明的季节，这是黑暗的季节，

It was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair,

这是希望之春，这是绝望之冬，

We had everything before us, we had nothing before us,

我们应有尽有，我们一无所有，

We were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way-

我们正在直登天堂，我们正在直下地狱。

狄更斯把这些时代描写出来非常深刻，让我琢磨我的一生到底是个什么样。
