我最推崇的是伊丽沙白——贝内特家的三小姐。她美丽、热情、聪明、自尊自信、面对权势绝不低头。当她看到达西的傲慢行为时，即使知道他是一个年薪上万英磅、并且地位颇高的少爷，她也绝不因此而强迫自己去巴结他。舞会上，当整个朗波村的人都对他趋炎附势时，她只是鄙夷地坐在一边。后来，她知道自己错怪了达西时，也敢于表白歉意。还有，在简生病的时候，她放下小姐的架子，徒步冒着雨去探望姐姐，耐心地服侍姐姐……总之，在这本书中，她几乎是一个完美的可人儿，有个性，却又善良无私!
宾利是一个和简差不多的“老好人”，尽管他也很有钱，但他却那么平易近人。俗话说“物以类聚，人以群分”，他和简能走到一起，我想，这既是偶然的，也是必然的。
至于达西呢，前面说过，他是一个“傲慢的家伙”，尽管他外表很高傲，但实际上，他的内心很善良，他虽然有钱有势，但对佣人们却那么慈悲，对朋友也那么真诚、无私。其实他高傲是因为他有资本——试问一下，一个从小就生长在权贵家庭的少爷，一个一直被父母宠着的独子，能不养成自高自大的坏毛病吗?开始，他也存在着很深的门户之见，但是，在伊丽沙白的影响下，他慢慢地开始接近那些“和他身份很不相称的”小老百姓了。后来，他和伊丽沙白抛开门户之见，终于走到一起了，他们这两个性格几近完美的人，以后互相影响，也许会变得更完美了吧。
